KAVANAGH CONSERVATORY PROJECT
This fabulous Country House, built by the owner who had always yearned for a large Conservatory complete with Hot-Tub! A lot of time was spent trying to find the right design and the specialist that would transform their dream into reality.
The base is complete with matching sandstone plinth and a "Bison" suspended floor to give a void below the floor to house the Hot-Tub and controls.
A closer shot of the sunken area ready to receive the Hot-Tub.
The inverted "goal post" structural steel supports can be seen that will ensure stability of the structure, the steel is bolted through the suspended floor to the base below.
The Conservatory frame structure and roof is assembled.
The "Blue Tint" Self Cleaning Glass is glazed into the roof.
Sometimes a little difficult
to
get to where you want!
The glazing is now complete, the Doors and Georgian sashes had been factory glazed..
The circular bow to house
the Hot Tub is complete.
Two sets of French Doors provide access to outside.
Complete and all tidied up! A truly stunning Conservatory that compliments this fine house.
Our client was to later say: "....other companies shied away as they felt our idea too daunting a task......Charles Christianson provided the complete package and controlled every aspect of the build......and were so keen that the finished result would meet our highest expectations and I can say it has done exactly that!
.................Thank you for your excellent service.
